The media is trying to stampede you into acting rashly. The inverse of this media frenzy is what you saw in March - August last year. The media was busy telling you to buy buy buy. Now, they are telling you to sell sell sell.
Don't Panic. It's going to be OK.
I'm sick today so I've been spending my time sleeping and trying to feel better.
